The Luncindale Show offers the opportunity to participate in a variety of competitions across a range of categories for prize rewards. More details about all of the categories can be found in the 2025 Show Book.
RURAL AMBASSADOR
SECTION A
This award aims to recognize and support the role of youth in rural South Australia. It seeks to identify and encourage young people who are enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated, offering them a platform to express their views and develop closer links with the primary industries.
PHOTOGRAPHY
SECTION N
The photo competition invites photographers of all levels to submit their work across three distinct categories: Colour Prints, Black & White, and Collage.
PRINT SIZES: Maximum 20.3cm x 25.5cm (8” x 10”)
PLANTS & FLORAL ART
SECTION L
This section features three categories: Cut flowers, floral art, and pot plants.
WOOL
SECTION G
Entries are judged on commercial value and will be broken up into classes based on micron.
Sections include: Class and novelty/children’s
LEGO
SECTION F
This section features two categories: Construction and adult Lego (18 years and over)
COOKING
SECTION H
This section includes three sections: Bread and scones, biscuits and slices, and cakes
PRODUCE
SECTION R
This section is for homegrown produce including eggs, fruit, and vegetables.
Produce will be judged on size and quality most suitable for home use.
HANDICRAFTS & HOBBIES
SECTION J
This section includes four categories: Sewing and hand-sewing, patchwork, hand knitting and crochet, and craft.
